Penn State Hosting Zach Bradshaw This Weekend

When referring to recruits, the term “athlete” generally refers to perimeter players. “He’s a defensive back, but could be a wide receiver”, or vice versa. On Saturday, Penn State will host Wide Receiver/ Linebacker Zach Bradshaw on an unofficial visit.

The Maryland “athlete” received a scholarship offer from Penn State just a week ago and will be on campus to check out what PSU has to offer.

Zach is 6’2″ 210 pounds and boasts a 4.56 40 yard dash time.

He holds offers from Michigan, Duke, South Carolina, Virginia, Arizona and about a dozen other schools. His last visit was to Northwestern in mid-April.

He is listed as a high three star athlete (34th in the nation) on 247Sports, a three star OLB (69th in the nation) on and a three star WR (95th in the nation) on He also plays some running back and returns kicks… Sounds like a well-rounded football player to me, though it appears he is being recruited as a linebacker.
