All-State New York FB/LB Headed to Penn State Spring Game

I’ve learned that visiting next weekend’s Spring game will be New York LB/FB Nick Sorrenti. Nick is the teammate of slot WR target Luis Uceta, who will also be in town for the game

Nick is 6’1″ 235 pounds and draws “Larry Csonka” comparisons when running the ball. It’s unclear what position the staff would be targeting Nick for, as the fullback isn’t likely to be utilized in O’Brien’s offense. I plan on speaking with Nick early next week, but in the meantime you can read his Bleacher Report story from last month HERE.

There’s no denying the kid is a hard-nosed player who likes to hit. Keep an eye out for the interview this week.
