2013 Penn State Recruting: RB David Williams

David Williams is a 6″0 190LB running back from West Catholic high school in Philadelphia. He holds offers from Arizona State, Maryland, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Rutgers, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. He is very explosive with break-away speed. He has superb vision, when he sees that whole open up he takes advantage. He also follows his blockers extremely well. He runs a 4.4 40 yard dash. Williams changes direction very quick which in turn makes him very difficult to predict let alone tackle.
