Penn State reached out to the stand-out junior on the 2012 signing day. They haven’t offered yet, but it is undoubtedly on the way. He will likely receive his scholarship offer on February 18, when he visits for the Junior Day.
I’m not an expert film analyst, but Hackenberg does everything well that I look for. He is definitely one of the more polished passers in the 2013 class.
