I am a fan of this kid’s film. He wasn’t very highly recruited, but his press coverage skills could play right into defensive coordinator Ted Roof’s defensive scheme. Though a bit under-sized, Davis shows solid leaping ability and good hands.
I haven’t heard much about it, but I’d be surprised if DaQuan doesn’t see the field as a freshman. The depth chart is extremely thin and Davis has the confidence to step up.
